Payments
Payments of fees should be made once your booking is confirmed by email/phone and no less than 48 hours prior to your consult. Details of how to pay will be included in your confirmation email.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or message. Services that are cancelled within 48 hours of our booked appointment are non-refundable. Rearranging your booking time may be possible, and is at the sole discretion of Polite Paws Dog Training. Please be aware that if you cancel a consultation at the last minute, it is unlikely that something can be booked in its place. Any training package that includes multiple appointments must be used with 12 weeks of payment being made, or unused sessions may be forfeited. In exceptional circumstances they may be refunded or rearranged at the sole discretion of Polite Paws Dog Training.
Safety
For in-home appointments, please arrange for your dog to be in another room or garden behind a closed door without access to the front door upon your trainers arrival. The trainer can call or text you when they're outside to give you time to do this. Our trainer will then advise how and when to bring the dog in and introduce them to us. If this is an arrangement that concerns you, please get in touch and we will discuss, and make alternative arrangements if necessary that better suit you and your dog.
Children
We love kids here at Polite Paws! Children are more than welcome to attend training sessions, with appropriate adult supervision. We accept no responsibility for children at training sessions and it is the responsibility of the supervising adult to ensure childrens safety at all times. Young people under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Images/Videos
We may take pictures and videos of your dog for marketing/education purposes. Whilst names of dogs may be shared, images, locations, names and other identifiers of family members will not be shared. Please let us know should you have any concerns.
